Take a free test

Chlamydia and gonorrhoea are common STIs which often don’t show any symptoms.

If you’ve ever had unprotected sex you could be at risk of an STI. Testing is simple and treatment is easy.

If the self-assessment quiz above shows that you are at risk and have no symptoms you will be offered a pathology test form for a FREE simple chlamydia test at a PathWest collection centre. This means you can take a test without seeing a doctor.

If your test is positive a nurse will call you 5 to 7 days after your test and recommend you see a doctor to receive treatment.

The nurse can also suggest doctors for you to see if you are unsure where to go.

If you want to discuss your test result, please call the South Terrace Clinic on 0401 479 090 Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
